1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from the KONNEX website (konnex.co.uk), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products and Services

KONNEX sells NFC-enabled business products including tap cards, review stands, window stickers, keyrings, and bundles. Each product is programmed with the links and branding you provide via the setup form after purchase.

• Products are designed for UK businesses and dispatched within the United Kingdom.
• NFC chips carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Product images are for illustration; actual appearance may vary slightly.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• Payment is processed securely via Stripe at checkout.
• Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs upon dispatch.
• Pricing errors will be corrected and you will be offered the option to confirm or cancel.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–4 working days. Business Bundle orders receive priority dispatch within 2 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Free UK shipping on orders over £40.
• Tracked delivery is used on all orders.
• KONNEX is not liable for delays caused by delivery carriers.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the specified address.

5. Returns and Refunds

Unused NFC products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom-linked products (where you have submitted your setup form and we have programmed the chip) are non-returnable unless faulty.

• Items must be returned in original, unused condition.
• Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Faulty products are eligible for replacement under the lifetime chip warranty.

6. Setup and Configuration

After purchase, you will be directed to a setup form where you provide your business details and social links. KONNEX programmes your NFC products based on the information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all links and details submitted.

• Links can be updated after configuration by contacting support.
• KONNEX is not responsible for content hosted on your linked pages.
• We are not liable for links that stop working due to changes on third-party platforms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, designs, and product names — is the property of KONNEX and protected under UK intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

KONNEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
